Your initial treatment would be a thorough inspection of area where rats have been sighted. baits or traps would be laid and we will advise you of the proposed location and distribution to achieve best results. We will generate an electronic treatment report.
Second Visit. We will inspect all baits, replenish where required and search for and remove any dead mice. We will update you again and a further report left on site. Minor proofing would be carried out if required.
Third Visit. We will again inspect all Baits, if all clear we will remove all baits from site. We will conduct a search for and remove any dead mice. Any further minor proofing will be carried out and we will update you on the status of the treatment verbally and by way of a generated report.

For suspected Covid-19 contamination we provide a quick response service. Cleaning products used include: Brand SIR - CLEAR SOLUTION # 9 Fragranced Hard Surface Disinfectant Cleaner. Ideal for Bathroom, Toilet areas. Conforms to EN1276 (clean conditions) for bactericidal activity.

Our cleaners would like to respect personal belongings and hygene therefore feel free to leave any last minute notes or inform us of items you would like untouched.
Also unless instructed to load washing machines our cleaners will bag up any dirty clothing in bedroom areas. Thank you.

Rats, mice and even squirrels can cause major disruption to your home or business. Causing unsanitary conditions and even fire hazard, rodents need to be addressed ASAP. Our local team stock a member of traps that can help to remove mice and rats from your property.
So if you think you are living alongside rodents or any other pests, give us a call.
The purpose of the survey is to determine the extent of the infestation problem reported and the work that needs to be done to resolve it.
The treatment alone may not be sufficient to irradicate the infestation in its entirety if sufficient proofing (blocking of holes, where rodents/pests may be entering any property) does not follow.
Proofing will be recommended by the Technician on site only when it is required.
The cost of the survey or treatments does not include the cost of proofing which is at an additional cost. The technician will advise of this when conducting the survey. If the client does not give permission for proofing work to be carried out when recommended the treatment applied will not be completely affective.

Please note the following:
Professional treatment for Cockroaches infestation is supported by the strict maintenance of daily hygiene and housekeeping and following the recommendations advised by the Technician.
To maintain standards following a professional course of treatment for cockroaches, the following actions must be taken:
Remove Food Sources:
Keep all areas clean and dry, store food in sealed containers, promptly remove waste, ensure sealed entry points remain so avoid using household sprays near affected areas as this could lessen the potency of substances used as part of the treatment.
Deep Cleaning:
Ensure the insides of cupboards, behind and on the top of fridges, freezers, and inside and under microwaves are cleaned thoroughly. Dispose of any cloths used in this cleaning to ensure that any residue eggs casings are removed.
Empty vacuum cleaner bags if they have been used to reduce the risk of reinfestation.
Water Sources:
All damp or wet areas should be kept clean and dry, especially if there is any stagnant water. Any spills cleaned up or leaks fixed immediately to eliminate moisture.
It is the technician’s responsibility is to apply the treatment and to advise customers of proactive measures to be taken after the treatment has been applied.
It is important that all advice and recommendations by the Technician are followed correctly. Failure to take these measures can increase the risk of possible reinfestation.
